Automated Quote-to-Cash

With CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) you increase the quality of quotes, while you spend less time on the quotation process. For example, the best product bundles are automatically shown, predefined discount schemes are applied and the approval process is streamlined. The result: a minimum margin of error and maximum possibilities for customer-specific cross- and upselling.

If approved, CPQ processes the quote into an order, which is automatically invoiced after delivery. The customer can choose from the integrated payment options, such as iDEAL, credit card or cash. If the payment is not made on time, your finance department will receive an alert.
